With the 2025–2026 academic year on the horizon, the Dallas Independent School District (ISD) is gearing up to assist families through its annual Back to School Kickoff, scheduled for Saturday, August 2, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Ellis Davis Field House.
The upcoming event promises to be a comprehensive resource for families, offering opportunities to register students, engage with campus staff, and collect vital back-to-school materials. Parents have the opportunity to find details regarding enrollment, vaccinations, school supplies, and other necessities in preparation for the first day of school on Tuesday, August 12.
Dallas ISD caters to over 140,000 students spread across 228 campuses, providing academic pathways aimed at equipping students for college, careers, and future endeavors. The district invites all families, both newcomers and those returning, to join the kickoff event for a seamless and well-informed start to the school year.
