Dallas billionaires back UT-Austin medical expansion

Dallas-based philanthropists Michael and Susan Dell have pledged more than $750 million to the University of Texas at Austin to build a new AI-focused medical center and research campus, aiming to expand health care access and innovation in Central Texas.
